Great product, been using it for a few weeks now. It's free for now, and in alpha testing (but it seems to be an extremely stable alpha). It stays under our Security Team's radar for IM products because it's totally web-based, doesn't download applets, doesn't allow file transfers. (I told them about it upfront, that we were going to test, so no surprises there!) The v5 in the URL seems to get better response in our environment - read about it on the forums.
Meebo makes it easy to communicate with my deaf co-worker and friends (both deaf and hearing). We're also using it internally as a message board, so if someone's away from the desk but logged in, I can leave a message. Great timesaver, and messages don't get lost in the ever-present flood of e-mail.....
