I've had one of these for awhile and they're great for music and video on the go. I called tech support today to see if they're going to create a firmware update that would add Plays for Sure (to hook into the subscription services). The tech said there were no plans for it, but I asked him to send a request to the engineering folks. He said he would, and if they collected enough requests, it would be researched. IF YOU OWN one of the AV4XXX series, be sure to call them at 1-877-300-8879 and let them know to update the firmware! The AV5 series already supports Plays for Sure but it's too expensive so I can't get that one.....
