So, Google is working on a project called Platypus that seems to be the same as GDrive. The idea is that any work you do on a computer gets synced to your Google storage, any work that you do on the web gets synced to your computer, and if a computer crashes, the data can be downloaded from Google in a heartbeat. This is great if you work on many different computers and want the data to be the same on all of them.
This is future, and for now, Orb is doing fine for me, to allow me to get my files from home whereever I'm at.....
